Call us at (808) 245-6000 during business hours and speak with a manager about your data deletion request.
In-Person Request
Visit our location at 3030 Peleke St, Lihue, HI 96766 and speak with our staff about your data deletion request.
What Happens After Your Request
- Request Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data
- Review Process: Our team will review your request and identify all relevant data
- Legal Compliance Check: We will determine what data can be legally deleted
- Data Deletion: Approved data will be permanently removed from our systems
- Confirmation: You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete
Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt and verification. Complex requests may take longer, and we will notify you if additional time is needed.
Instagram and Social Media Data
For Instagram-related data deletion:
- We can delete data we've collected from your interactions with our Instagram content
- To delete data directly from Instagram, you must contact Instagram directly
- Some social media interactions may be governed by the respective platform's policies
- We will work with you to identify and remove relevant social media data from our systems
